Led by Mandy who is an AAT qualified accountant with more than 20 years of industry and accounting practice experience, the practice was established in 2018. Mandy’s career shift began after spending 6 years as a Hotel Duty manager overseeing Food and Beverage.
This experience provided valuable insights into business operations and led her to pursue a new path in accounting. Her retraining in accounting equipped her with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the profession. Mandy’s passion for accounting and commitment to continuous learning ensure that she stays up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.
Andrew, Mandy’s husband, has been an integral part of MC Accounting & Business Solutions since its inception in 2018. He serves as the accounts administrator and brings a wealth of experience to the practice.
Prior to joining the accounting field, Andrew spent an impressive 30 years working as a mechanic. His background in mechanical work has provided him with a strong foundation in problem-solving, attention to detail, and a methodical approach.
Since joining the practice, Andrew has enthusiastically participated in training programs focused on various accounting software platforms and has diligently contributed to the behind-the-scenes operations of the business. His contributions help to provide exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the seamless operation of the practice.
