Company Accounts

We offer extensive support for completing and submitting your year-end accounts. This includes utilising your bookkeeping data or collaborating closely with you to maintain your financial records throughout the year.

Typically, companies have a nine-month window after their year-end to finalise their accounts. However, filing deadlines may vary for first financial years. We will consult Companies House to determine your specific filing deadline for company accounts.

Our commitment is to prepare the accounts well in advance, allowing ample time for any necessary document retrieval that might cause delays.

Corporation Tax

For smooth and effective management of Corporation Tax, it's highly recommended to seek guidance from a qualified accountant or tax advisor.

All Limited Companies are required to submit a Corporation Tax Return (CT600) to HMRC within 12 months after the end of the financial year. To make the process comprehensive and seamless, we file this return along with the accounts.

The payment for Corporation Tax is due nine months and one day after the year-end. So, it’s crucial to complete the company accounts promptly to allow enough time for arranging the necessary funds for payment.

During your initial financial year, there’s a possibility that you’ll need to submit two CT600s, as the maximum allowed accounting period is 12 months.

Please keep in mind that late submission of returns or payments may lead to penalties and potential interest charges.
